We've held  held frequent barbeques in

Hilton and around the West side since

2005.

In addition to catering, we also have our own unique BBQ Sauce

Now I know what you're thinking - NY BBQ Sauce ? - Yup - and it's unique, unlike anything you've ever tasted. 

I've been cooking my whole life and if

I've learned anything - good food

doesn't just happen because you're from

Texas or the Carolina's - It happens

because someone cares and someone

pours their heart into something.

Our sauce is mellow and sweet, not spicy

or tart. Some friends have been known

to eat it from a spoon by itself.

What We Do

We focus on a couple things. All surround good barbeque. I'm a retired Pastor, and the business grew as a connectional tool to meet people in our community. We used to hand out candles and such at the local Hilton Applefest, in an effort to introduce ourselves to the Community.

In '05, My wife and I lamented that we had nothing to share with the men we'd meet at our Church festival booth. So we developed this bbq sauce and used it extensively in our monthly barbeques at the church we pastored at, in Hilton.

We're no longer there, but our love for good food and wholesome gatherings continues, and has grown into this latest venture...mostly as a means of showing most folks that not all us Christians are scary Bible thumpers.
