Now I know what you're thinking - NY BBQ Sauce ? - Yup - and it's unique, unlike anything you've ever tasted. 

I've been cooking my whole life and if

happens because someone cares and

someone pours their heart into

Our sauce is mellow and sweet, not

spicy or tart. Some friends have been

known to eat it from a spoon by itself.
