Who We Are

I've been smoking meats

for years....and since 2005

with Holy Smokes 

My wife and I were

Pastors of a wonderful 

Church in Hilton for 6

years until the summer of  

'07

I'm now working full time

in this venture.

I've been married since

'86 and have two grown

children.

We just celebrated our

22nd Anniversary
